Dr. Faisal Al-Jaafreh is a pharmacist and internationally recognized supply chain specialist with over 18 years of professional experience in healthcare, humanitarian response, and international development. His expertise spans supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, project management, and health system strengthening across Jordan, the Middle East, and multiple international missions worldwide.
Professional Experience
He has served as an International Consultant with the World Health Organization (WHO) and USAID, contributing to the Health System Quality Accelerator Project, leading training-of-trainers programs, and supporting hospital management reforms. His previous roles include Supply Chain and Procurement Manager at Arab Consultants Company and Farah Hospital, and Health Field Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where he led emergency preparedness and capacity-building initiatives.
Global Assignments
Dr. Al-Jaafreh has extensive international experience through humanitarian and peacekeeping missions with the United Nations in Liberia, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, and Palestine, in addition to advisory roles in Bahrain. These positions allowed him to lead diverse teams in complex environments and achieve significant improvements in healthcare supply chains and emergency systems.

This integrated course combines two critical components for development professionals: MEAL DPro – Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning, based on the global standard by PM4NGOs Power BI – Data visualization and analysis for improved decision-making Participants will learn how to design and manage MEAL systems and visualize data using Power BI to communicate results effectively and drive learning.

A practical, NGO-focused program that builds end-to-end HR capability for donor-funded projects and nonprofit operations. Across 45 hours (on-campus in Amman or live online), participants learn to design compliant HR systems, recruit and develop talent, manage performance and compensation fairly, and uphold safeguarding and labor-law requirements.
