Our team consists of professionals specializing in psychiatry, clinical psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology, and special education, all under one roof. We also have ABA therapists available for consultation when needed.

  • Hania Alghoul - Center Manager & Supervisor
    With 18 years of experience in international education, Hania is passionate about guiding children and adults on their learning journey. She has comprehensive knowledge of teaching methods and educational strategies. Hania holds a Master's degree in Arts Education (Human Resource Development) specializing in Learning Difficulties from Huddersfield University, UK. She excels in leadership, effectively coordinating teams to achieve their goals and ensure an enjoyable and successful learning experience for students.






Dr. Mohamad Taha Bani Salameh -  Psychological Programs Manager


A PhD candidate in Psychological Counseling at Al Yarmouk University, Dr. Bani Salameh also holds a Master’s degree in Family Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Hashemite University. He brings a wealth of knowledge through various certifications and training, benefiting students, adults, and parents.

Hania Al-Ghoul is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in the evaluation and support of students with academic weaknesses and learning difficulties. With a robust background in special education and a deep understanding of diverse educational needs, Hania has established herself as a leader in designing and implementing personalized support plans that cater to students across various learning systems, including IB, IGCSE, and ACT.



Hania began her career as a Social Counselor at the Jordanian Women’s Union, where she provided vital support and guidance to women facing domestic challenges. This role honed her skills in empathy, communication, and counseling—traits that would later become central to her approach in the educational field. 


She transitioned to working with children with special needs at the Jordan Specialized Center for Autism, focusing on early intervention. Her role involved teaching essential life skills to young children and fostering the development of their sensory and cognitive abilities.

Her extensive experience includes a significant tenure at the Modern Montessori School, where she served as a Learning Support Assistant. 


In this role, she was instrumental in the inclusion of students with learning difficulties within mainstream classrooms. Hania worked closely with junior school students, employing a one-on-one teaching approach and creating specialized teaching aids that facilitated a better understanding of the curriculum. Her active participation in the Peer Support Group and her editorial work for the "Hand in Hand" magazine reflect her commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment for all students.



Hania’s journey in educational support continued at Mashrek International School, where she was appointed as an MYP Learning Support Assistant. During her time there, she became proficient in the IB system, preparing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that adhered to the rigorous standards of the International Baccalaureate. She worked on developing strategies to improve students' reading, writing, and mathematical skills while also focusing on enhancing their self-esteem. Her approach was inclusive, ensuring that students with learning difficulties, such as autism and Down syndrome, could thrive alongside their peers. She also collaborated closely with subject teachers to modify assessments and develop specialized strategies, making the learning process smoother for students with diverse needs.



At Asamiah International School, Hania took on a leadership role as the Head of the Student Support Center. In this capacity, she was responsible for preparing action plans, classifying students based on their individual needs, and ensuring that support was available from early intervention stages through to secondary grades. 


She facilitated the full inclusion of students with various learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and behavioral challenges, and maintained coordination between the school and external specialized centers. 


Hania’s ability to prepare detailed IEPs and adapt teaching methods to suit each student's unique needs played a critical role in the academic success of many students. Her efforts also included conducting workshops for educators and parents, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how best to support students with special needs.


Currently, Hania serves as the Ethraa Coordinator at Mashrek International School, where she continues to leverage her expertise in academic evaluation. 


In this role, she is responsible for reading and devising plans based on official SEN (Special Educational Needs) reports. Hania provides valuable insights to classroom teachers, helping them understand and address the specific needs of SEN students.


 Her role involves coordinating with teachers on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring that strategies are consistently implemented, and students receive the support they need. Additionally, Hania participates in regular Ethraa Department meetings to review unit plans and student assessments, ensuring that the educational strategies are aligned with each student’s progress. She also works closely with the Counseling Department on behavioral cases, which allows her to create a more holistic support system for students.


Hania’s educational qualifications further underscore her expertise. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Jordan and a Master's Degree in Special Education, where she specialized in understanding and addressing the needs of students with learning difficulties. 


Throughout her career, she has pursued continuous professional development, completing courses on ADHD, authorized SSS screening for Irlen Syndrome, and becoming an accredited program designer for gifted students through Rethinkers Company.


Her career philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach to student development, involving the student’s family, peers, and educators. Hania believes that effective learning support goes beyond the classroom and must integrate all aspects of a student’s life. Her dedication to providing quality care ensures that each student receives the attention and resources necessary to succeed academically and socially. 


By focusing on individualized education plans, early intervention, and adaptive learning strategies, she has made a significant impact in creating an inclusive learning environment where students can overcome their challenges and excel.
